Tomato Recipe

Well - with the summer growing season right around the corner, I know there will be a lot of people out there with lots of fresh, yummy tomatoes. I have a recipe that I would like to share with all of you - it was my Grandmother's recipe and it is delicious!

My Favorite Tomatoes

Mix together the following:

5T oil
2T vinegar
3t sugar
1T snipped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Pour the above mixtuer over 2 large fully ripe tomatoes, peeled and sliced and 1 small onion that has been peeled, sliced and seperated into rings.

Refrigerate until served.

(I recommend chilling at least 2 hours.)

Hope you enjoy - this is quick and easy recipe to take to a Memorial Day gathering - plus it involves no cooking!
